Recycled or mixed materials, with more impurities, show a significant drop in load-bearing capacity. - Thickness specification: For the same material, greater thickness (commonly 0.1-0.25mm) means a higher load-bearing limit. Overly thin materials are prone to stretching and tearing. - Material modification: Modified PP materials added with reinforcing agents and anti-aging agents have better tensile and fatigue resistance, along with stronger load-bearing stability. 2. Process Quality: Determines Force Transmission Effect - Heat-sealing process: Precise control of temperature and pressure at the seams enables molecular-level fusion, making the seam strength close to that of the material itself. Weak sealing, bubbles, or overly narrow seams can cause cracking under stress. - Cutting precision: Neatly cut edges without burrs prevent tearing from rough edges under force.
