File bag quality judgment via load-bearing test
更新时间:2025-11-21人气:57
The core criterion for judging file bag quality is: a high-quality product will show no deformation, no cracking, no damage during the load-bearing test, and can stably carry the corresponding weight. 1. Clarify the Basic Standards of Load-Bearing Test - Test conditions: Use common A4 paper as the load (1 A4 paper weighs about 5 grams). After putting it into the file bag, lift it by the handle or the edge of the bag mouth and let it stand for 1-3 minutes. - Reference load-bearing levels: Daily office models need to carry 50-100 pages (250-500 grams), and thickened models need to carry 150-200 pages (750-1000 grams). 2. Judge Quality from 3 Key Performances - No obvious deformation: After bearing the load, a high-quality file bag will not collapse or bulge. The handle will not stretch excessively (stretch amount does not exceed 5% of the original length) and can quickly return to its original shape after removing the documents. - No seam cracking: The heat-sealed seams (bag edges, bag bottom, handle connections) are not loose or warped, let alone torn or opened. The seams remain tight after being stressed. - No damage marks: The bag body and corners have no whitening or damage. The thickened parts (bag edges, bottom) have no bending or breaking. Even if the documents are slightly shaken, there will be no local damage. 3. Typical Problems of Low-Quality Products - The handle stretches and lengthens quickly after bearing the load, or even breaks directly, making it impossible to carry the weight continuously. - The seams crack and warp, and documents may slip out of the gaps. - The bag body collapses severely, or the corners are damaged and whitened due to concentrated stress.
